return & refund
All returns and exchanges are only accepted for orders made directly from us. Items returned, must be received in new, unused and original condition, with the original packaging and any protective coverings and product information.
We will accept returns and exchanges that are sent back to us within 7 business days of receipt. Delivery charges incurred for returns and exchanges will not be covered by us. Returns are at the cost of the buyer. If the return or refund is made because of a manufacturing defect, delivery charges are on us.
If you wish to return a product, we advise you to return it in the same box you have received it in and to choose an insured shipping method which includes a Track & Trace. In the unlikely event that your package gets lost by the shipping provider of your choice, you are then always able to prove that the product was returned.
